For charity walks & fundraisers

Everything you need to rally supporters, collect every entry, and walk for your cause.

Spend your time on the cause, not the admin. Supporters register and pay for their entry from a link, you see every payment as it comes in, and every walker gets a receipt.

  • Free for organizers
  • Mobile money & cards
  • Set up in minutes

Still doing it like this?

  • Volunteers spending their evenings matching mobile money messages to names.
  • Not knowing who has paid until someone scrolls back through the WhatsApp group.
  • Supporters asking for proof of payment, and someone writing it out by hand.
  • A committee member at the start with a printed list, ticking names as the queue grows.

Create. Sell. Run. Get paid.

Step 1: Create your fundraiser

Set up your event in minutes. Add the walk's details, the story behind your cause and a cover photo, then share one link with your supporters.

  • Offer as many ticket types as you need, each with its own price and number of places, such as a standard entry and a student entry.
  • Collect shirt sizes and colours at registration if your walk has a T-shirt.
  • Ask your own questions at registration, such as an emergency contact.

Step 2: Sell entries

Supporters register and pay from a link: no app to install, no account to create.

  • Supporters pay by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or card.
  • Every participant gets a receipt, by email and on their ticket page.
  • Participants pay a small fee at checkout on top of your ticket price.

Step 3: Walk day

Your team checks walkers in from their phones with the Laces app.

  • Every ticket has a QR code. Scan it with the Laces app to confirm it's paid and check people in.
  • Invite your team to scan at the start.
  • Watch registrations and sales come in live from the Laces app.

Step 4: Get paid

See who has paid and who hasn't, then withdraw to mobile money or a bank account. Your first withdrawal is free.

  • No waiting for your event to finish to withdraw what's cleared.
  • In Uganda, MTN mobile money entries are available to withdraw as soon as the payment is confirmed, any day of the week.
  • Export your registrations to CSV or Excel for your committee.

Free for organizers.

Participants pay a small per-entry fee at checkout, on top of your ticket price.
