Publish and share one link. Participants discover the event, pick their ticket, register and pay from their phone: the mobile-money prompt happens right on the page, and the entry confirms in real time.

Questions organizers actually ask
Nothing to start, nothing monthly, nothing to list. Our standard rate in Uganda is UGX 900 + 5% on MTN mobile money, or UGX 1,500 + 5.8% on card, and comes off successful orders only — free events pay nothing at all. Card payments are charged in USD at Flutterwave's exchange rate, plus a conversion margin of up to 2%. Airtel Money is charged at the Airtel rate of UGX 900 + 5%. An Airtel payment retried to a third attempt goes through our backup network at the standard rate of UGX 900 + 5%, and the participant confirms the new total first. The exact total is always shown before the participant confirms. Organizers in Kenya, Ghana and Rwanda are priced in their own currency: see your country's page, laces.run/pricing/ke, laces.run/pricing/gh and laces.run/pricing/rw.
In Uganda, instantly on MTN mobile money. Every MTN entry is credited to your Instant Wallet the moment the payment is confirmed and is yours to withdraw straight away, to a Ugandan bank account or to mobile money, any day of the week including weekends. There is no settlement wait, no payout cycle and no waiting for the event to finish. Airtel Money and card entries clear a little differently: they settle into your Standard Wallet, usually within about a day and a half, after which withdrawing to mobile money is instant and withdrawing to a bank takes three to five business days (weekends excluded). Yes. A mobile-money payment is confirmed within seconds and your Total Earnings updates as it happens, so you can watch entries and money arrive live while registration is open. Nothing is held back until the event is over — MTN entries are available to withdraw immediately, from your Instant Wallet. Airtel Money and card entries show up just as fast, but sit under what is still clearing in your Standard Wallet until our payment partner settles them, usually within about a day and a half. Withdrawing is a single tap from either wallet, and how quickly the transfer lands after that is down to your bank or mobile-money provider.
Yes, in any country Laces works in: Uganda, Kenya, Ghana and Rwanda. A Ugandan organizer lists an event, and Kenyans buy tickets with M-Pesa in KES. That money lands in the organizer's KES balance, and it can be converted to UGX in the organizer app. Each participant pays in their own currency with the mobile money they already use.
No, and there is no laptop version to miss out on. Everything an organizer does happens in the app: create and publish the event, take payments, run check-in, read the money, export your data.
Register them at the desk and take the cash. Their ticket is emailed to them, and the order code shows on screen straight away: they can pull it up any time at laces.run/o/{order_code}. They appear in the same manifest, so check-in still works for them.
