Every transfer has a cost, so the fee is mandatory and we can't waive it. Our standard rate in Zambia is ZMW 3.50 + 4.9% of the order on mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and Zamtel Kwacha). The exact total is always shown before the participant confirms. On a ZMW 500.00 ticket that is ZMW 28.00, so the participant pays ZMW 528.00. The organizer receives ZMW 500.00.
