Report artwork in the directory
The pictures in the event graphics directory come from the organisers of those events, or from people acting for them. Laces does not create them and does not own them. If something here is yours and you did not agree to it being published, write to us and we will take it down.
What happens
A picture is removed from public view while the claim is looked at, not after. If it turns out the organiser did have the right to publish it, it goes back; if not, it stays down and the listing may be withdrawn with it. You will get a reply either way.
What to include
The address of the page
The full laces.run/g/... URL, and which picture on it: a listing may carry several.
What the work is
Enough to identify it: where it was first published, or a copy you can attach.
Who you are
Your name and, if you are writing for somebody else, who you act for.
That you hold the rights
A plain statement that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner.
Where to write
Send it to legal@laces.run. This is the legal inbox rather than general support, so a notice is not queued behind ticket questions.
Questions about an event itself, its entry fee or its refunds go to the organiser, not to Laces. Their name is on the listing.
If it is your event
If your race is listed and you would rather it were not, or the details are wrong, the same address works. Say which listing and what you want changed.
